Perishable Goods

Due to the nature of food items (e.g., pastries, meat, pepper, fish), we do not accept returns once items have been delivered, unless there is a quality or delivery issue.

Non-Perishable Goods

Items like drinks, packaged snacks, or kitchen accessories can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours with clear pictures and your order number. We will offer either:

• A replacement product

• A store credit

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
